Where It All Began

If you’ve ever tasted a jar of our honey or sprinkled bee pollen on your breakfast, you’re enjoying something tied to a story that started years ago… in my dad’s backyard.

Over 15 years ago, my father discovered beekeeping and I’ve always been fascinated by it. I loved hearing about the hives, asking questions, and learning about the care and work that goes into harvesting honey. Watching the process sparked a curiosity and appreciation for the incredible role bees play in our world.

As I became a mom, my love for homemaking grew. I found joy in cooking, a passion I inherited from my nana, who loved spending time in the kitchen. Some of my most treasured childhood memories are being with her as she cooked, learning from her, and soaking in the warmth of her kitchen. That love of cooking and creating has always been a part of me and is woven into every jar of Hex Co. honey.

I also fell in love with charcuterie, the art of a board, the colors, the flavors, and the moments shared around it. I wanted to create something natural, meaningful, and ready to enjoy, something that could go straight onto a board and bring people together.

With encouragement from my husband, Hex Co. was born. A brand inspired by family, crafted with intention, and dedicated to sharing good food and beautiful moments with others.
