A Cozy Christmastime Favorite - Baked Brie

There’s something special about Christmastime in North Georgia. The chill in the air, the twinkle of lights across Dahlonega’s historic square, and the familiar comfort of gathering around good food with the people you love.

Growing up in Cumming, Georgia and now raising my own family here, the holidays have always centered around simple, memorable recipes. The kind that bring everyone to the kitchen before they even hit the table. I believe the best holiday recipes start with really good honey.

That’s where our honey shines. Whether you’re building a festive charcuterie board or preparing something warm and elegant for guests, honey adds that perfect, natural sweetness and that’s exactly why this Baked Brie with Hex co. Hot Honey has become a Christmas staple in our home.

This is my go-to appetizer every holiday season because it’s quick, luxurious, and pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, cured meats, and a crusty French baguette. It’s everything a charcuterie honey should be: sweet, warm, a little spicy, and absolutely irresistible.
